So now they are blaming two nursing home owners with negligent homicide for the death of their patients from Hurricane Katrina. Shouldn't the state and local government of New Orleans be held just as responsible as private citizens? Perhaps the Mayor of New Orleans, Ray Nagin and Governor Blanco of Louisiana should be charged with the negligent homicide of all the evacuees they were not able to get out on the buses and Amtrak trains that were offered to them.
